C&S Mechanical trades as an independent company. It produces its own profit targets and this allows for a competitive and individual management style.

C&S Mechanical employs 15 people as its core employment with the call for an additional 45 people all of which are fully trained to meet all the current legislation set down by the HSE and the CITB.

When C&S Mechanical was brought back out of the Vanguard Industrial group the core employees were offered shares in the C&S Mechanical brand. This gives the employees more ownership and with ownership comes responsibility, so most employees who visit sites are effectively owners of C&S Mechanical.

The stability and success of C&S Mechanical is held in the hands of the work force.

C&S Mechanical Banks with the Royal Bank of Scotland and is funded privately from the Directors of C&S Mechanical. This funding allows C&S Mechanical to get away from the main stream of most funding which is generally expensive and affects company’s profitability.
