C&S Mechanical was incorporated in May 1994 and has been support to many major clients during this period.

It had increased its turnover from 268K in the first year of trading to a turnover of 3.3 million to year ending 31st December 2002.

It was on the 28th December 2002 that C&S Mechanical formed part of a new company Pickfords Vanguard Industrial Ltd which had an annual turn over of 19 million for year ending 31st December 2004. C&S at the time was re- branded under the Vanguard Industrial Banner as Vanguard Building Services and completed many more major projects due to the profile of the Vanguard brand.

March 2005 Vanguard Industrial Ltd was purchased by a third party and negotiations took place shortly after the purchase to separately trade the C&S Mechanical brand, which was successfully completed on the 4th April 2005.

With the knowledge gained from being part of a larger corporate company as Vanguard Industrial, C&S Mechanical is far better positioned to service its core activities and Give to its customers Quality, Efficiency and Satisfaction.
